KEUKA SPRING MILLER’S COVE RED

Millers Cove Red is a complex dry proprietary blend sourced from fine local vineyards including our own, and is our perennial best-selling red wine. We de-stem the grapes and perform daily rack-and-returns (called délestage) along with morning and evening punch-downs to extract more fruit and tannin.

Malolactic fermentation and partial aging in oak ensure that the resulting wine is smooth and complex in flavor and texture. Blending trials for this beloved wine are conducted painstakingly to ensure that the end product achieves a profile that is dense in flavor and smooth in texture.
