This thirst quenching “bistro wine” – our take on Beaujolais – is meant to be served chilled at an outdoor table with food. A partial carbonic maceration of 100% Cabernet Franc. Spontaneously fermented in stainless, unfined and unfiltered, with minimal S02 only at bottling.
