Our Estate Viognier offers rich and distinctive aromas of pears, apricots, orange blossoms and honeysuckle. It has a blockbuster flavor and full-body mouth-feel.
The grapes were handpicked and destemmed before being pumped to our gentle tank press. The juice was chilled and settled and approximately 35% was fermented in neutral French oak barrels to enhance richness. The balance was fermented cold in temperature-controlled stainless tanks which helped to maintain the floral and stone fruit elements of this wine.
