Off-dry. Naturally Sparkling. Our Old-Time cider is always an homage to old traditional cider-making, made the same way it traditional. Heirloom apples and other small local orchards. Some bittersweet apples.

The name Old-Time is a nod to both the cidermakers from past generations who produced ciders from these trees and to the style of music cidermaker Steve plays: American old-time music.

Tasting notes: Light delicate bubble. Fruity nose with flavors of sweet peach and a clean, smooth finish.
