Billsboro Cabernet Sauvignon, projects a fragrant nose of dark fruit and white pepper with an underlying hint of leather. The palate is a generous mix of ripe black cherry and soft vanilla. The mouth feel is dry with hints of cherry and other dark fruits. There is a full bodied edge to the peppery, earthy finish. Billsboro Winery sits on 28 acres overlooking the northern end of Seneca Lake. Surrounded by century old walnut trees, terraced fields, and a deep wooded ravine, the idyllic setting sets the stage for wine lovers to enjoy.
