BILLSBORO WINERY PINOT NOIR
$24.99
Notebook: Pinot Noir: a notoriously finicky and difficult varietal to grow, but one that teases with its potential to make the most aromatic and complex wines. The grape has a long history in the Finger Lakes region but its demanding nature in the vineyard limits production. We’ve worked with 3 of our vineyard partners across Seneca Lake and Cayuga Lake to deliver this Pinot Noir redolent of red fruits and wild herbs. Lithe, lively, and fresh on the palate.
