CHÂTEAU GISCOURS MARGAUX 2022
$124.99
Château Giscours, a Grand Cru Classé in 1855, is a wine with a big personality that expresses the expertise of our teams and the full wealth of our terroir in the Margaux appellation. Château Giscours is an elegant, well-structured wine with magnificently bright aromas. It is a wine that develops wonderfully over time, the enjoyment of which is passed down from generation to generation.
An extraordinary terroir is what gives Château Giscours its whole identity and makes it one of the most famous Margaux wines in the world. For every vintage, we are committed to retaining what makes Château Giscours so wonderfully unique, powerful and full-bodied, whilst also working with the two concepts we hold very close to our hearts: beautiful aromas and refined tannins.
2022 was an exceptional year, producing a vintage unlike any other.
All along the year, our technical team showed great savoir-faire and dedication to face the unusual hot and dry climate. Our vineyard has demonstrated remarkable resilience and offered beautiful and qualitative grapes. The age of the vines, the diversity of our terroir and the unique expertise of our teams are truly great assets to face challenging years like 2022.
In the vineyard and in the cellar, we had to do precise and tailored work with meticulous attention to detail in order to reveal all the richness of Château Giscours 2022.
This wine shows a beautiful freshness, fine tannins with a long finish. It is an outstanding vintage!
