Colin Barollet is an estate located in the celebrated Meursault region of Burgundy, it dates back to 1879. The Domaine is known from producing wines of elegance, finesse, and balance. This is unbelievable Chardonnay at this price. It’s juicy, bright, and mouthwatering, with a just touch of butter.

Description
Following the traditional vinification, the grapes are pressed immediately upon arrival at the winery in pneumatic presses. Settling, cold storing for 48h. Fermentation in stainless steel vats thermoregulated at 16/20C to preserve the aromas. A part of the wine is aged in barrels , the other part stays in stainless steel vats. Ageing in total lies between 8 to 10 months with regular stirring to gain depth and complexity.
Soils: Clay and limestone soils resulting from the weathering of limestone and marl substrate.
