Our latest version of this wine continues the bright, juicy tradition that Lemonade has become. Berries and citrus dominate with ripe raspberry, juicy grapefruit, pink apple, Meyer lemon, wet stones and lifted floral aromatics. High quality, organic vineyards were used, the fruit was picked at an optimal time for rosé, and the wine was steadily crafted into a bright and juicy, delicious rosé. Four organically grown vineyards across the Willamette Valley provided Pinot noir and one organic vineyard in the Applegate provided Gamay, the combination is juicy, bright, and full of fruit.

Description
Pinot Noir (88%) and Gamay (12%) from organically farmed vineyards in the Willamette Valley, and Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. The fruit was harvested over the course of ten days from a variety of vineyard sites, making for a bright, juicy, and multidimensional rosé. This year the wine is very pale pink, full of lemon, strawberry, grapefruit, pink apple, river stones and flowers. The grapes were gently pressed, settled, and racked to stainless steel for native fermentation. No additions other than minimal SO2 at bottling.12% ABV.
