This Chablis from Domaine du Colombier is the ultimate example of a Chablis. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, which keeps the wine fresh – a pure and true reflection of the terroir. Delicate aromas of white peach, lemon and elderflower with spicy citrus and minerality on the palate, give this wine a round and complex finish. Fantastic with a Fruit du Mer.

Created from a blend of four different vineyard parcels in Chichée, a village renowned for producing fresh, mineral wines. Fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the wine’s crisp, citrus fruit and steely freshness. This wine is highlighted by distinctive flavors of apple and peach supported with mineral notes. Well balanced with a long and subtle finish. This classically styled Chablis is a perfect match for seafood and fresh cheeses.
