Patrick does not only excel on chenins! He demonstrates this with the Coteaux dArdenay. In the 90s, he decided to plant Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc on sedimented ashes. The result is a true terroir wine, for meals and keeping, it is a complex and deep red wine, full of finesse.

All in finesse, a great Rouge de Loire with length and complexity. Its beautiful structure will allow perfect alliances with red meats; It’s a delight !
