- Mash bill of New York-grown grain that includes 70% Yellow Dent corn, 20% Red Winter wheat, 10% 6-Row malted barley
- 2–3-day fermentation
- Distilled in a 25-foot copper continuous still and thumper
- Aged for a minimum of 4 years in heavy char barrels
- Noticeably rich on the nose with a high-toned note of candied lemon peel over caramel, roasted peanut, green apple skin, and milk chocolate; The palate is full and creamy, displaying crème brûlée, poached pear, orange zest, brown sugar, and lingering amaretto
