FONTANAFREDDA GAVI DEL COMUNE DI GAVI DOCG

This is a white wine with a good personality. The colour is straw-yellow with greenish highlights. On the nose is full, with an intense bouquet featuring acacia and thrush flower, lemon, and unripe apple. The palate is nicely dry, full, and sapid.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is its very best served with starters and fish and shellfish dishes. Its the perfect summer wine, but its gastronomic pairings know no seasonal limits.
