HERMANN J WIEMER DRY ROSÉ

Our Dry Rosé is sourced from Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc grown on the slopes of Seneca Lake. Limited skin contact provides its color. Selections are made by hand, both in the vineyard and in the winery. The result is a Rosé with balanced ripeness and refreshing complexity. Salmon-pink in color, with Aromas that evoke farmstand red fruits and slate, the palate boasts watermelon rind and white raspberries with great acidity and a savory finish.
