INSPIRE MOORE “GRACE” DRY ROSÉ

Fresh, mouthwatering red berry fruit and pomegranate notes in this easy

drinking rose of St. Laurent. Secondary aromas of watermelon jolly rancher

and rose petal. More pale in color and reminiscent of a Provence style rose.

Made with the variety unique in the Finger Lakes to our winery, St. Laurent,

an Austrian red grape varietal with intense aromatics, and bright acidity. This

wine is a favorite in our tasting room, especially in the Spring and Summer months.

Herb marinated chicken skewers with a cucumber yogurt dip, roasted beet and

goat cheese salad with candied walnuts, margherita flatbread pizza, spicy shrimp ceviche
