Description
Fine autolysis with a subtle dusty accent to the lemons, sourdough bread and ripe apricots. Medium body on the palate, showing good intensity of flavors with fine, frothy bubbles and a medium-long, yeasty finish. Nicely dry for a Brut. From organically grown grapes.
