KEUKA SPRING VIGNOLES

Our Vignoles is sourced from the highly regarded Nutt Road Vineyard on Seneca Lake. This site is known for its gently sloping exposure toward the lake, which provides excellent air drainage, moderates temperature swings, and extends the growing season—key factors in developing Vignoles’ vibrant aromatics and balanced acidity. The 2023 vintage brought warm summer days and cool nights, followed by a dry, sunny September that concentrated flavor while preserving natural freshness. A touch more residual sugar than previous vintages enhances the wine’s tropical and citrus notes, while preserving a lively, crisp structure. The result is a beautifully expressive, semi-dry white with bright energy and lush fruit depth.
