For our Tokaj Dry blend our aim was to preserve the light flavours and fresh fruit notes along with the complexity and minerality which characterize Tokaji wines. This wine has a great acid backbone which is complemented by a touch of sweetness on the finish.
It is a superb accompaniment to roasts, poultry and fish dishes.

- Sourced from 3 vineyards: Hatalos, Meszes, and Buckler
- Clay mixed with broken rocks and volcanic bedrock
- Hand harvested in the morning, end of September
- Pressed at night and transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation
- Aged in steel tanks with 4 months on the lees
