A classically bright Finger Lakes Riesling, with vibrant citrus and fresh green herbal notes on a light and refreshing frame, finishing with slate and lemon curd. While good to keep for another five to eight years, this wine can be enjoyed immediately with roasted poultry, poached fish with citrus and ginger, a vegetarian curry, or fine aged cheeses.
