LIVING ROOTS CABERNET FRANC

Cabernet Franc with flavors reminiscent of native cherries growing on woodland edges in the Finger Lakes. Medium bodied with bright red fruits, peppery spice, a hint of savory licorice and balanced oak.

Sourced from three different vineyards, the grapes were hand-picked and de-stemmed, then fermented warm with gentle maceration by hand.
