LIVING ROOTS LATE-HARVEST VIDAL

Vidal with juicy peach and melon characters into the tropical fruit spectrum, balanced with pretty florals and beeswax. We sourced this high-quality, winter-hardy hybrid from a single vineyard on the west side of Keuka Lake, picked late in the season for a wine with good concentration. We stopped the wild ferment early for a semi-sweet style, with richess, high acidity and texture on the palate.
