MICHELE SATTA BOLGHERI ROSSO
$27.99
A wine that is a representation of how Bolgheri knows how to produce wines of great drinkability and satisfying complexity. On the palate the wine is harmonious; the fresh fruit combines with a solid structure and good tannins providing for a finish that is persistent and elegant.

The same applies to the maceration time, estimated on the basis of frequent tastings. After malolactic fermentation, which naturally take place in November, the various vinifications are assembled and go into maturation .
Fining : 12 months, part in cement casks (30 hl), part in barriques of second and third passage.
Longevity : 10 years.
