This energetic white bursts out of the glass with aromas of pineapple and lemon flavors. Aging in neutral barrels adds weight and creaminess without any new oak influence. Enjoy this with roasted chicken or briny scallops.

‘Poco a Poco’, or ‘little by little’ means this handmade organic chardonnay goes through a meticulous process and only about 500 cases are made. Fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels, resulting in an oaky taste reminiscent of Burgundy with aromas of lemon, orange zest and minerality with a creamy finish. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The wine makers at Poco a Poco produce wine worthy of their name. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile ensures that Poco a Poco brings the highest quality wine to your table. Poco a Poco’s Mendocino county Chardonnay is a perfect example of their commitment to producing only the highest quality of wine. This particular wine offers aromas of pomelo, finger lime and freshly baked Croissant. The palate has good acidity, providing texture and a long clean finish. While not yet certified, the 20 to 30 year old vines, used in this production of this wine are harvested organically and biodynamically.
