PREJEAN DRY RIESLING

Prejean Dry Riesling, offers a crisp, dry mouth feel with aromas of lime and orange peel on the nose. Flavors of apple and more citrus are on the crisp palate with a light acidity and god balance. There is a crisp, bright, and lingering finish to the Riesling, which should be enjoyed chilled. Prejean Winery opened in 1986. Sadly, founder Jim Prejean died suddenly in 1989, but he was fortunate enough to see his dream realized. He was quite proud of the family accomplishments, and even though he only lived for three years after the winery opening, he touched many people – including those who carry on his legacy today
