RAVINES DRY RIESLING

This wine was blended post-fermentation from select tanks that possessed the most mineral-driven style and exemplary citrus fruit flavors. Dry Riesling from limestone soils, like those found in the White Springs Vineyard, is world renowned for producing wines with both fruit intensity and non-fruit complexity. Great acidity and energetic length resulted from this “moderate” 2017 vintage in terms of temperatures.
