- Soils: Honeoye loam over limestone
- Eastern exposure
- Warm and dry spring and summer seasons followed by a variable fall season
- Harvest date October 10 for both Blaufrankisch and Riesling
- Blaufrankisch hand harvested to limit skin contact, Riesling machine harvested
- Whole cluster pressing for Blaufrankisch
- All grapes were fermented in open top stainless steel fermenters
- Aged on fine lees until blending
- Aged in stainless steel tanks
- Blended in January
- Filtered prior to bottling
