This blend of estate fruit from To Kalon and Wappo Hill vineyard in the Stags Leap District gives hints of grassy, herbal aromas and then plenty of racy acidity, citrus flavors and slightly toasty notes from being 70% barrel-fermented. Includes 10% Semillon, which adds breadth and depth.

A mix of Wappo Hill and To Kalon fruit that was 70% barrel fermented, the 2021 Sauvignon Blanc Napa Valley (there’s 10% Semillon) has a sappy, lime, and bright citrus-driven style as well as a medium-bodied, clean, crisp yet textured style on the palate.
