This year’s crop was grown at the Morales family vineyard. Vignoles is a varietal that produces tight and small clusters. Vignoles gains flavor development early in the season and has the ability to hold on to acidity late into the growing season. These unique properties inspired us to use Vignoles for this pet nat style wine.
