All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase up until shipping of our products. A small processing fee will not be refunded due to Stripe fees for processing transactions for all and any purchases. No returns are accepted at this time, and we will happily replace any broken glasses damaged in transit at no additional cost to you. We are not currently shipping any of our products, but may be expanding to NYS shipping in the future. We currently offer curbside pickup of any items ordered online, or next morning delivery (no Sunday deliveries).
