TORREY RIDGE DIAMOND

The Torrey Ridge Diamond, is a semi-sweet white that exhibits grapey, light mineral qualities. There are soft pineapple and spice overtones that blend nicely into the palate. There is a light crisp acidity and a medium bodied mouth feel. The finish is sweet and crisp with lingering notes of pineapple. The wine should be enjoyed with any white meat, shrimp, pasta and cheese dishes.
