Our Limoncello is made using the Limone Ovale di Sorrento, a variety of lemon that’s exclusively grown in the Sorrento peninsula and on the island of Capri. These lemons are considered the best in the world, with a PGI-certification to recognise their unmatched quality, authentic origin and traditional cultivation techniques.
A rare combination of fertile volcanic soil, coastal microclimate and artisanal growing methods makes our lemons totally unique. Only the golden peel of these Sorrento lemons is used in our Limoncello, infusing it with a distinctively refreshing flavour.
