WAYSIDE CIDER “THE SKINNY DIP” (DRY)

Naked, clean, and elemental. Unlike our other ciders, it’s made almost exclusively with slow-fermented dessert apples. We add a touch of quince to give a subtle fruitiness and sharp acidity. Highly quaffable, with hints of pear and wet stone, and naturally sparkling with a bright, refreshing quality.
