SCOUT VINEYARDS KASHONG GLEN VINEYARD RIESLING

This year’s crop was grown at Kashong Glen Vineyard on Seneca Lake. Capturing the truest sense of terroir, this wine was fermented using the native yeast present in the vineyard at the time of harvest. Upon harvest the fruit clusters had 20% noble rot. The combination of spontaneous fermentation, and botrytis offers a tropical aromatic and flavor profile.
